Assistant Instructor - the second professional diver level where you use your knowledge and experience to assist others. This may be assisting an Open Water Instructor
with teaching student divers on a Basic Diver course, or even better, an Open Water course where you'll gain valuable experience and insight in how to adapt your teaching to different student needs.
You might be assisting certified divers get back in the water after 6 months or more, and complete a skills review with them whilst building their trust and confidence. Alternatively you
could be assisting them with their Buoyancy when you teach their SSI Perfect Buoyancy Course.
You might even assist with taking a diver on their first ever Try Dive! If you want to master all of this, then the Assistant Instructor course for you!
